6/ Installation and Warranty
6.1. Installation for ice machine:
6.1.1 Installing by the user: we will test and install the machine before shipment, all necessary spare parts, operation manual and video are provided to guide the installation.
6.1.2 Installing by Koller engineers:
(1) We can send our engineer to assist the installation and provide technical support and train your workers. The end-user should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
(2) Before our engineers' arrival, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be prepared. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
(3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, the buyer is required to afford the cost, such as water pipes.
(4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
(5) Any delay due to customer's reason, it will be charged from the 8th day, USD100/day for one person as installation fee. Free of charge for one week.
6.2. Warranty:

8/ FAQ
Q: What is the daily power consumption of plate ice machine?
A: It takes about 90 KWH for making each ton plate ice.
Q: The ambient temperature here is relative high, reaching ouver 40°C. Can tube ice machine reach the target output under such condition?
A: Firstly, we adopt water cooling system for our plate ice machine and it can perform well under over 40°C working condition. Secondly, we have sold many sets ice machine to hotter area (like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and etc. where its surround temperature is over 50°C), our machine still could work well there. And we would like to mention that the output will be influenced, but the specific depends on the input water temperature and ambient temperature.
Q: We rarely recommend the Direct-cooling for our customers, if they really need, which capacity of the machine can be adopted?
A: The machine with the capacity of 10tons or more.
Q: We are going to use the clean tap-water to make cube ice, if there is any requirement about the supply water pressure ?
A: Yes, the supply water pressure need to be at least 0.15Mpa. If the pressure is lower than 0.15Mpa, we suggest you install a stainless steel 304 booster pump in front of the making-up water inlet.
Q: Because of the limited installation space, we want to install the ice maker on second floor, and the water cooling tower on first floor, is that ok?
A: Yes, but make sure that the water cooling pump can not be higher than water level of cooling tower.
